This is where our experienced advisor will contact you. You can go through your needs, loan requirements and situation. Generally, by the end of the meeting, you will have a fair idea of your loan eligibility. You will also be able to accept us as your mortgage broker in this meeting.

After you agree to use us as your broker, we will ask you to fill in an application form. Other supporting documents such as your IDs, bank statements & your pay slips will also be required. This helps us expediting your application process and give you a quick assessment

Unlike a lot of loan brokers, we ensure that we assess your application before submitting to a lender. This means we will diligently go through your application & your situation to rule out any problems that may arise during your application.

Once you have chosen the most suitable loan for you, we will then finalise the application for you and submit to the lender after the final paperwork has been signed.
